Pineapple Mango Smoothie Bowl
1 cup Organic Pineapple Just Juice
½ to 1 full frozen banana (add more or less to adjust the thickness of the dish)
1/3 cup frozen mangoes
1 tbsp Chia or flax seeds
½ scoop of protein or collagen powder (read the instructions on the packaging)
Freeze your banana!
Blend all ingredients. This healthy smoothie is best served right away.
